Chilmington House and Chilmington at Home are committed to providing quality support to users of our services. Should you wish to compliment us or express your concern or dissatisfaction with us you can do this by telephone, in writing, by email or face to face. Our aim at Chilmington Homes has always been to provide excellent services to the people who choose to trust us with their care & support. In almost 20 years of providing services to people in Reading, Wokingham & West Berkshire we have not been complacent & have always strived to improve. Our reputation is good & we receive regular feedback from Service Users, families, friends & professionals which confirms this.
Whilst we are thrilled to have such a good track record we do not take it for granted.
